Delete your Bluberty account

In the app

Profile → Settings → Delete account. We send a 4-digit code to your account's email; enter it and the account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Write to bluebertyyy@gmail.com from the email address of your Bluberty account, with the subject "Delete my Bluberty account" and your username. To protect your account, we reply with a confirmation request to that address and delete the account once you confirm it.

What is deleted

Your account and its data: your profile, body parameters, food diary, own products, recipes, posts with their photos, comments, reactions, chats (for both people in them), friends, blocks, notifications and your pet - from our server at once, and from backups within 30 days.

What stays without your name

Products you added to the shared product catalog; reports you sent; reports about you with the reported content (their files are deleted 90 days after the report is closed); the moderation log; and copies of your published recipes that other users saved.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play.
